Alan Collett is a Chartered Accountant who is qualified in England & Wales (number 7623070), and in Australia (number 32252).
He is a well regarded migration agent (MARN 0102534) who is registered with the Australian regulator of migration professionals – the Migration Agents Registration Authority – and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (number 1230).
Alan is also a Registered Tax Agent in Australia, number 5359 7007.
Alan moved to Australia with his family in April, 2001, and now spends time in the UK, Australia, and South East Asia advising clients on visas and tax planning.

Alison Bennett {alison.bennett@gomatilda.com} is a client administrator based in the UK office. Alison works alongside Alex Turnbull and Jess Langley and provides a vital link to the Melbourne office.
Her role includes liaising with clients, maintaining clients records on our internal client management system, handling incoming post/emails from clients, scanning documentation.
Alison provides support with the preparation and submission of visa applications, in particular skilled and partner applications.
Our clients often receive emails directly from Alison to confirm the safe delivery of paperwork, or have a telephone conversation with her to confirm all is well with their visa application.
Alex Turnbull {alex.turnbull@gomatilda.com} works in visa client support based in the UK office, working closely with her UK colleagues as well as the Australia Office, liaising with clients providing support from the beginning of an enquiry to uploading documents to the Department of Home Affairs ready for their visa to be lodged, gathering information by email, post, or over the phone, and helping the visa application process run smoothly for our clients.
Jess Langley {jess.langley@gomatilda.com} is a client administrator based in the UK office.
Jess provides support with the preparation and submission of visa applications, in particular skilled visas and partner visa applications, and the initial preparation of parent visa applications. This includes liaising with clients, maintaining clients records on our internal client management system, handling incoming post/emails from clients, scanning documentation, and preparing visa applications.
Sarah Hall {sarah.hall@gomatilda.com} is a client administrator based in Australia with Alan Collett and Pauline McCartney.
Sarah provides support with the preparation and submission of visa applications – in particular parent visa applications. This includes liaising with clients regarding their visa applications and assisting with assimilating documentation and forms in support of their application, and keeping in contact with clients through to the visa decision including advising when to obtain police reports, attend medical examinations, and ensuring all communications from the Department of Home Affairs are responded to within required timeframes.
